一、項(xiàng)目概述

為促進(jìn)中非醫(yī)學(xué)合作與文化交流，助力高質(zhì)量共建“一帶一路”，中南大學(xué)湘雅基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院將于2025年7月1日至7月30日舉辦國(guó)際暑期學(xué)校項(xiàng)目。本項(xiàng)目以“基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域下的現(xiàn)代化傳播研習(xí)”為主題，面向非洲國(guó)家高校師生、科研人員及醫(yī)療行業(yè)領(lǐng)軍人物，通過(guò)學(xué)術(shù)交流、實(shí)踐觀(guān)摩與文化體驗(yàn)，傳播中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化在醫(yī)學(xué)研究與實(shí)踐中的先進(jìn)理念與成果，深化中非醫(yī)學(xué)教育、科研創(chuàng)新及臨床實(shí)踐合作。

二、項(xiàng)目亮點(diǎn)

國(guó)際化平臺(tái)：聚焦非洲國(guó)家生源，搭建中非醫(yī)學(xué)合作橋梁。

頂尖學(xué)術(shù)資源：依托國(guó)家級(jí)科研平臺(tái)與湘雅醫(yī)療體系，提供前沿課程與實(shí)踐機(jī)會(huì)。

多元活動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)：涵蓋學(xué)術(shù)講座、臨床觀(guān)摩、實(shí)驗(yàn)室見(jiàn)習(xí)、產(chǎn)學(xué)研交流及文化體驗(yàn)等。

長(zhǎng)期合作價(jià)值：推動(dòng)建立“一帶一路”聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室，培養(yǎng)具有國(guó)際視野的醫(yī)學(xué)人才。

 三、課程與活動(dòng)安排

（一）學(xué)術(shù)核心課程（全英文授課）

通過(guò)真實(shí)案例解析、理論與實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)，掌握相關(guān)理論與應(yīng)用技能。

（二）專(zhuān)題講座與研討

圍繞惡性腫瘤發(fā)病機(jī)制、輔助生殖技術(shù)、病原微生物防控、法醫(yī)臨床鑒定等優(yōu)勢(shì)領(lǐng)域，開(kāi)展學(xué)術(shù)前沿分享與互動(dòng)研討。

（三）實(shí)踐與觀(guān)摩

1.臨床觀(guān)摩：走進(jìn)湘雅附屬醫(yī)院，體驗(yàn)智能化分級(jí)診療流程與現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)療服務(wù)。

2.實(shí)驗(yàn)室見(jiàn)習(xí)：參觀(guān)芙蓉實(shí)驗(yàn)室、國(guó)家干細(xì)胞工程技術(shù)研究中心等頂級(jí)平臺(tái)，參與科研項(xiàng)目全流程。

（四）產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作交流

與企業(yè)代表對(duì)話(huà)，探討從基礎(chǔ)研究到臨床轉(zhuǎn)化的創(chuàng)新模式，對(duì)接非洲常見(jiàn)疾病合作項(xiàng)目。

（五）文化體驗(yàn)

1.湖湘文化之旅：探訪(fǎng)岳麓書(shū)院、毛澤東故居、橘子洲頭，感受歷史與人文交融。

2.中國(guó)式醫(yī)療文化講座：了解傳統(tǒng)醫(yī)學(xué)與現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)融合的創(chuàng)新實(shí)踐。

四、師資力量

項(xiàng)目由中南大學(xué)湘雅基礎(chǔ)醫(yī)學(xué)院主辦，匯聚：

163名專(zhuān)任教師，97%擁有博士學(xué)位，含國(guó)家級(jí)高層次人才46人次。

6個(gè)國(guó)家級(jí)教學(xué)科研平臺(tái)：人類(lèi)干細(xì)胞國(guó)家工程研究中心、國(guó)家基因檢測(cè)技術(shù)示范中心等。

13個(gè)省部級(jí)教學(xué)科研平臺(tái)：涵蓋癌變?cè)怼⒏杉?xì)胞工程、司法鑒定等前沿領(lǐng)域。

五、申請(qǐng)信息

（一）招生對(duì)象

非洲國(guó)家高校本科生、碩博研究生、青年教師及科研人員（醫(yī)學(xué)相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先）。

（二）申請(qǐng)方式

學(xué)生提交暑期項(xiàng)目信息采集表、成績(jī)單、個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷；教師及科研人員提交暑期項(xiàng)目信息采集表、個(gè)人簡(jiǎn)歷、研究成果證明及計(jì)劃。

（三）申請(qǐng)日期

即日起至2025年5月30日。

（四）費(fèi)用支持

中國(guó)政府獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金覆蓋學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)、生活費(fèi)及醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用。

Introduction to the 2025 International Summer School Program of Xiangya School of Basic Medical Sciences, Central South University

——China-Africa Medical Bridge: Modern Communication and Study in the Field of Basic Medicine

I. Program Overview

To promote medical collaboration and cultural exchange between China and Africa, and to support the high-quality co-development of the Belt and Road Initiative, the Xiangya School of Basic Medical Sciences at Central South University will host an International Summer School Program from July 1 to July 30, 2025. Under the theme of "Modern Communication and Study in the Field of Basic Medicine", this program targets university faculty, students, researchers, and healthcare industry leaders from African countries. Through academic exchanges, hands-on observation, and cultural immersion, the program aims to disseminate China’s advanced concepts and achievements in modernization within medical research and practice. It will further deepen collaboration between China and Africa in medical education, scientific innovation, and clinical practice.

II. Program Highlights

(1) International Platform

Focused on student recruitment from African countries, the program establishes a bridge for medical collaboration between China and Africa.

(2) Top-tier Academic Resources

Leveraging national-level research platforms and the Xiangya healthcare system, the program offers cutting-edge courses and hands-on practical opportunities.

(3) Diverse Activities

The program features a rich array of activities, including academic lectures, clinical observation sessions, laboratory internships, industry-academia-research collaboration exchanges, and cultural immersion experiences.

(4) Long-term Collaborative Value

The initiative aims to promote the establishment of Belt and Road Joint Laboratories and cultivate medical talents with global perspectives, fostering sustained innovation and partnership.

III. Curriculum and Activity Schedule

(1) Core Academic Courses (Taught in English)
Through the analysis of real cases and theoretical and experimental teaching, master the relevant theories and applied skills.

(2) Specialized Lectures and Seminars

Focusing on key strengths such as mechanisms of malignant tumor pathogenesis, assisted reproductive technologies, pathogen prevention and control, and forensic clinical identification, the program will host cutting-edge academic sharing sessions and interactive discussions to explore advancements in these fields.

(3) Practice and Observation

Clinical Observation: Visit Xiangya Affiliated Hospital to experience the intelligent hierarchical diagnosis and treatment process and modern medical services.

Laboratory Internship: Tour top-tier platforms such as Furong Laboratory and the National Stem Cell Engineering Research Center, and participate in the full process of scientific research projects.

(4) Industry-University-Research Collaboration and Exchange

Dialogue with representatives from enterprises to explore innovative models from basic research to clinical translation, and initiate collaborative projects targeting common diseases in Africa.

(5) Cultural Experience

Huxiang Culture Tour: Explore Yuelu Academy, Mao Zedong's Former Residence, and Orange Isle to appreciate the integration of history and humanity.

Lecture on Chinese Medical Culture: Learn about innovative practices in the integration of traditional and modern medicine.

IV. Faculty and Research Strength

Hosted by the Xiangya School of Basic Medicine, Central South University, the program brings together:

163 full-time faculty members, 97% of whom hold doctoral degrees, including 46 national-level high-caliber talents.

6 national-level teaching and research platforms, such as the National Engineering Research Center for Human Stem Cells and the National Demonstration Center for Gene Detection Technology.

13 provincial and ministerial-level teaching and research platforms, covering cutting-edge fields like cancer pathogenesis, stem cell engineering, and forensic science.

V. Application Information

(1) Eligible Applicants

Undergraduate students, master’s/doctoral candidates, young faculty members, and researchers from African universities (preference given to those in medical-related disciplines).

(2) Application Process

(4) Financial Support

The China Government Scholarship covers tuition fees, accommodation, living expenses, and medical insurance.
